Shipping Information

OUTstanding Furniture ships most orders from Southern Florida warehouse and some directly from our manufacture overseas. Shipping/freight charges will be determined by the shipping address at the best rate possible. to the Please inquire for international rates (based on weight and destination). Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock, occasionally items will be back-ordered and we will notify you of any shipping delays. Your shipment can be tracked online with the provided tracking number. Most items are shipped via freight company and will require a signature. Please allow 5 to 10 business days or more for shipment. Rush or white gloves delivery is available for an extra charge. Outstanding furniture is not responsible for any delays on deliveries. Inspect your delivery for any damage upon receipt (see our return policy below). Claims and Adjustments: Outstanding Furniture, Inc is NOT responsible of any damages during transport (No exception). All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please note any damages to cartons and furniture when signing for shipment, file a claim with the freight/ shipping company and notify Outstanding Furniture, Inc. customer service department by e-mail at service@outstandingfurniture.com. Please save the cartons until advised of resolution of the freight claim and in case we need to pick up the product for replacement. All returns must be authorized by Outstanding Furniture, Inc. and we will advise you as to return authorization number and arrange for pickup or repair of any damaged merchandise. Returns of unused and undamaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped at your expense to our warehouse. All returns must be approved in advance by Outstanding Furniture customer service department. Failure to make a claim within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of it. Failure to make a claim within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of it.We can not be responsible for the return freight charge and can not be able to arrange shipping for returning the items. A fee will be charge to cover credit card payment (percentage based on credit card company).

Warranty

Our premium outdoor furniture is designed and built to the highest standards to last for many years of enjoyment. Outstanding Furniture, Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, Outstanding Furniture, Inc. will, at Outstanding Furniture's option, repair or replace the product at no charge. "Defects" as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty EXCLUDES: (1) defects caused by improper assembly, (2) defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear due to age and (4) labor or assembly costs, (5) Disappointment in the customer choice of color or model. The warranty does NOT apply in case of fading of cushion or sling fabrics caused by general wear and tear or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions.

Outstanding Furniture, Inc. residential warranties are limited to two year warranty unless otherwise specifically noted and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. All Outstanding Furniture, Inc. commercial warranties are limited to three months from date of receipt and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use. Outstanding Furniture, Inc. reserve the right to make substitution with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be available. The replacement will be on the individual item or items, not a complete setting.

This warranty takes effect from the day of purchase and will not be renewed or extended as a result of a product being repaired or replaced pursuant to a claim. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty is offered for the benefit of the product purchaser only and is not transferable Clearance or discounted items sales are final, no return nor exchange.

In NO event will Outstanding Furniture, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.

Return Policy:

Under no circumstances orders can be returned for credit beyond the warranty as outlined above. Returns of unused and undamaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in original packaging shipped at your expense to our warehouse. All returns must be approved in advance by Outstanding Furniture customer service department within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise, failure shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of it. Clearance or discounted items sales are final, no return nor exchange. We can not be responsible for the return freight charge nor be able to arrange shipping for returning the items.
